GCDS Srl ships worldwide using an Express Shipping service provided by DHL. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Italy on working days, excluding national holidays.
Before we can ship your purchases, we need to verify your data with the credit card/payment method company. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does NOT constitute approval of your order, but only a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to not accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.
Afterwards, we work closely with our logistics partner and courier to ship all the open orders. We do our best to reduce any exception as much as possible, however during high intensity periods, for example during sales, orders may experience slight delays due to high demand.
GCDS Srl cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as transport problems or customs difficulties. The customer can contact GCDS Customer Care in order to receive assistance for any shipping issue experienced.

No order cancellation or size change can be guaranteed after a successful order registration, so please carefully check the details of your purchase before proceeding with the payment step. To modify the shipping address, the customer is needed to contact GCDS Customer Care; if the order has already been closed or shipped, the customer is requested to contact DHL for the change.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number to monitor the shipment at any time, until the package is delivered.
Pre-order products will be shipped by the date indicated on the product description page.
Once available, these items will be handled and shipped with Express Shipping service. GCDS Srl cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control, but the customer will be promptly contacted by GCDS Customer Care.
GCDS Srl offers an international shipping service. The delivery availability of each country is visible during the check-out phase. Currently, we can ship to the following destinations:

For all shipments going to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country of shipment. Payment of these duties is required to clear your order through customs.
It is not possible to calculate the exact amount to be paid for taxes and duties, so please check before placing an order.
As soon as the delivery of the order is completed, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for the shipment's delivery. GCDS Srl always assure that all shipments are carefully packaged in the moment of fulfillment.
If for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered, customers are asked to sign the receipt with a reservation, or to refuse the delivery. If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately contact the shipper and advise GCDS Customer Care.
Once the shipment has been delivered and properly signed by the recipient, and any issue has been promptly reported to our Customer Care, GCDS' responsibility for the shipment is exhausted. We will not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or any other event that may occur after the shipment is delivered to the recipient.
In case, for any reason, the customer refuses to accept the delivery of the package, shipping costs and import taxes related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer.
